Premix

The product introduced into the system enters the deaeration tank and is nebulized by a battery of diffusers. The tank is kept at a light pressure of CO2 so that the product loses the air initially incorporated to replace it with carbon dioxide. The latter comes from the vent of the storage tank to reduce consumption levels.

After deaeration, a high-pressure centrifugal pump sends the water to the injection-mixing system for saturation until the desired amount of CO2 is reached. The components are dosed by a system that combines flow meters and modulating valve to achieve maximum precision, ensuring reliable repeatability of the finished product.
